We are a specialty insurance consulting firm which provides customized services with a primary focus in high to ultra net worth Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) and Annuities, Private Placement Group Variable Deferred Annuities (GAC) for the tax-exempt investor community and Foreign Institutional investors, Offshore Private Placement Life Insurance, Captive Insurance - Wholly owned closely held life insurance for private business owners, professional athletes, hedge funds and private equity funds.... and Asset Protection.

A 1982 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, the Founder, Gerald R. Nowotny, JD, LL.M., titled the company "Long Gray Line", to represent the Corps Cadet's motto duty, honor, country.
